Vb blog post and Comments integrate to Forum thread

Here is a vbulletin forum that has this being done. http://www.macrumors.com/

If you click on "Read More" or the comments link you are taken to a thread. I ask the admins on this site if they could share the customize script but they would not. Can some one duplicate this for a Mod? Thanks
