Disallow Unresolved Hostnames to view Forum

I am trying to find a hack that will forward all connections to the forum with unresolved host names to a specific page. I have a hack already that forwards users connecting from proxies to a specific page.

I would like to do the same for all connections from unresolved hostnames. Can this be done?
