Can Not Uninstall A Mod...
 

Please help with this. When asking the coder he states it's a VBulletin problem but that is not the case. All mods uninstall on VBulletin but this is the only one I have a problem with. I'd also like to state that I am not the only one having problems uninstalling this.

When I try to uninstall the mod, I get this note:

Could not find product with productid = .

Could someone please help me figure out how to get rid of this?

I have reinstalled the mod to see if that would help, but no luck.

If you have questions/problems with a modification or style, then please post in the thread (or support forum/board) about that modification/style. Best chance to receive a reply from either the author or another member using the same modification/style.

When posting in the modification thread, it will help to know which version you are trying to uninstall. One of our mods tested the most recent version of the modification and was able to easily uninstall it. Also, take a look at your error_logs (if you dont' know where they are, ask your host) and see if there is anything in there.

And, can you post a link to the modification here, cuz I don't remember which one it was.

The auther said this about the problem,,

Have you tried downloading it again, and installing it again (Yes to Allow to Overwrite) and then uninstalling it again? Have you tried turning off all your other plugins and then uninstalling it? Have you checked to make sure the uninstall code that Paul posted in the thread is in the version you originally downloaded? Have you looked at your error_logs like I suggested above?

Yes I have downloaded it again and installed it again...Even tried overwriting and still get,
when uninstalling..

On the Installed Products page its just a blank line too..

One more thing,,since installing it ,,when you login the login welcome doesnt say your name anymore..
Can you install it and see what happens ??

I don't have a 3.8.2 or higher version forum to install it on. One of the other mods did install it to see what was going on and had no problems uninstalling it.
