Not sure if its worth the while in doing, but i've had a few folk saying that they would like a rotating avatar hack for VBulletin, Theres a lot of "Other" forums which will simply allow you or your members to direct an external PHP file as an image, But with VBulletin, it will not recognise the external file, since its not a Graphics file.

I've found a way which will allow a Php Rotation file be read as a Graphics file, and thus your avatar will rotate, dependant on how many different avatars you have on a particular directory on your server.

Ideally this would benefit, admins and staff members, but i guess if wanted you could offer it to your members as a paid extra??

let me know if you would like this done and i'll get all the code and bits together shortly.

I saw a post about these rotating avatars and thought about making a solution for VB.

I like the idea. I've never seen one before though. Is there any free non-technical places for management of your avatars or is only for the technically savvy?

Nah, Basically you create a directory on your server, be it /images/avatar or similar, and then you upload as many advatars as you want to this directory, What people will see is an avatar on your posts which will change with each refresh ;)

Must be the same dimensions as allowed via the admin cp :)
