Problem: Session IDs in URLs on first visit
 

Hi there,

i have a big problem with my URL Structure. When i visit my Forum the first time (i am not logged in) all URLs on the Startpage, but also in the urls in the threadlist have a session ID. I attached a file of this.

The problem: Google find always new urls when the bot visit my forum.

How can i remove this session ID form the URLs.

A session-id is only used in the URL when there is no cookie session.

thanks for your help. It is not true that google ignore Session IDs. A Forum can not performe with sessions IDs in urls or better with urls with are changing everytime. Google can not make a different between a Session ID in the url and normal post ID for expample, what could be the same. How should Google this do.

So what must i do to throw out this session IDs. How can i enable cookie sessions?

could someone help me with cookies and sessions, or give me some good places to find articles about this?

I want to enable Cookie Sessions to remove Session IDs from the Forum URls.

Could maybe a mod oder addon remove the Session Ids? Did someone know a good plugin?
