I know everybody will see it ;) p.s. Another historic item from the King |
So he hasn't been dead for more than a couple of months and they're already starting the, "How can we take advantage of this situation and make billions of dollars?" ideas? What, his record sales going through the roof again wasn't enough? This makes me sick.
I don't see this as a historic item from the "king", I see it as what it is.. A greedy attempt to take advantage of a situation that they know will bring in millions and millions of dollars brought to you by the people who owned MJ, Sony Music Entertainment. The sad thing is, people are going to give them what they're asking for. |

Striking while the iron is hot. Agrees with KTbleeding, exploiting the situation and his family don't seem to mind the return either by giving their full support.
One disturbed family. Like elvis and many other artists the companies and families will make more money now that michael jackson is dead more than they would have when he was alive. The future looks really bright for sony, the death of michael jackson came at the right time in these harsh economic times. |
not sure what company it was but they sold the footage from his upcoming tour to the movie moguls so they can make this film.
We all know the ending anyway - he dead was another story about the jackson family that they paid a company to put followers on micheal jackson twitter page.I think they brought 25,000 followers. The question here would be why ? |

That is true Wayne, I mean look at Elvis Presley he was/is worth more dead than he was alive.

Most artists with quality work do see this effect. Their work becomes more scarce and can never be replaced. Michael Jackson's record sales this year will probably outstrip many previous years. Officially licensed merchandise is through the roof. And more.
For this movie, Sony is going to make a killing. They are already hyping it up and it will only be in theaters for 2 weeks. Distribution costs are high in the theater business but a limited and anticipated engagement like this will have theater companies snatching up prints to get it on as many screens as possible in a period of the year when ticket sales are usually lackluster. 5,000-6,000 screens in the United States, probably sold out 10 out of 14 days and then it is gone. It will be a major blockbuster hit. Could be one of the largest grossing movies in the U.S. this year. |
Propofol Overdose... so there is the end of the movie :(

YOU RUINED IT!
Good riddance to bad rubbish. I don't see it as a loss. |
