Force new user to post and new user PM

Im looking for a mod that will PM a new user when they join up, and also a mod that will force a user to make a post (introductions type) before they can post in other sections.

You don't need a mod to PM new members
It's there in vboptions

Why not install the post count MOD from the MOD section? and set limit 1 post for every single Section for new user and for introductions you can set it to 0 that way the user first post will only be in the introductions or whatever section you want?

Just my idea :D
