Change Footer To Show Paid Member Count Only
 

Hello,

We have a paid forum and have it setup so when the user creates an account they are a Registered User. Then when they pay, they become "Paid Member" and can access the full forum. Those who never paid, are still "Registered Member" and can not access the forum except the upgrade page. We send a series of emails to the non-paid members, basically "marketing" to them trying to get them to pay. After 3 weeks we prune them and they are removed if they never paid.

In the footer of the forum, it shows x amount of users and shows the last user's username who registered. This though shows everyone. I am wanting the forum footer stats to ONLY show Paid Members. So if someone creates an account and never pays, it will not increase the member count at the footer and it will not show their username.

I am sure this is possible, I just am not sure where at in the template editor (In AdminCP) the footer is where is shows the stats. It is probably something where you can add the usergroup ID to it, just not sure exactly how to implement or find this section.

Not really sure if you can edit it to change this in the templates. But you can try looking in the FORUMHOME template. It holds everything on the index of your forum including the bottom stats areas. More an likely you maybe will need the help of a coder for this if you are not familiar with code yourself.
