External CSS Path

I have some external vBulletin powered pages, the problem is that for SEO reasons Im using external CSS files.

Since the files are in my root dir, and the css files are in clientscript/ in the forum/ directory, I cannot access them.

I know there has to be a a way to add /forum/ in front of clientscript but I can't find it. Any ideas?
