I have looked all all I have seen people say helps is to use the

Bit more info, Just moved servers from Plesk to cPanel I have another forum (Installed after move) working fine,

Need anything else ask for it.

Edit your config.php file using a text editor (not something like word - justa plain text editor). Make sure you don't have any extra lines or spaces before the <?php . Also, did you add that line after the <?php ?

Yeah that is all fine, The config.php file is the exact same as when it was downloaded (apart from the database info) It is also the same as the other site that is working.

Try creating an all new config.php file for your non-working site and make sure you use a proper text editor when you edit it. then upload the new one.

I have tried that, I used the editor inside cPanel, I tried in notepad, I also used Dreamweaver, All not working.
