Better post editing
 

Where do I have to go so every user can edit the text easier, so it doesn't show all the HTML.

For example, As and admin when I'm editing the color of the text it'll turn completely red instead of showing all the HTML code

When I'm making a post I get this: Red

and not this... [ COLOR="Red"]Red[/COLOR]

Turn on the WYSIWYG editor as default for new users in your vBulletin Options -> USer Registration Options.

Individual users that are already registered can set their preference in their UserCP Options.
