Database Error - Remove Column?

I'm getting a database error that appears to be from a mod that I no longer use. It looks like I need to remove this column from the database, right? If so, how do I do it?

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'ms_force_style_permissions' in 'field list'

You have not removed all the files belinging to this modification, more specific you have not removed the ./includes/xml/bitfields_XXX.xml belonging to this modification.
