Postbit align in threads

Hi.
I designed a skin for my forum, that skin is default vbulletin style.
In default vbulletin style postbit align is up (to part: info left, name right) but i need to change that to this : (attached image).
How i can do that?
My second questions is that how i can change the width of experience? that ranking because width of that is width of Username.

vbulletin options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template = YES
