Better Postbit
 

Does anybody know how to make the Postbit like this http://i30.tinypic.com/33peuth.jpg or if there's any MOD/template modification for it?

You mean the boxes around stuff? Yes, there is a mod - search "postbit*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you should find it.

Well, I found out how to do the boxes searching, but I was referring to the entire posbit itself.

How each part of the postbit is separated from the rest with dashes ----- and the top has it's own box "User Details"

Hmmm, I don't see any dashes in the image you posted. And you can just add the text "User Details" to the top of the column. You can probably just copy the look by looking at the page source for it. I am not familiar with all the postbit templates here, so I don't know if it's already a mod.
