Forum Specific Banners for Adspace

I need a mod that works with 3.8 and changes the banner depending on which forum you are in on my vbulletin forums. I need the mod to list all of the forum sections we have and then be able to apply a image to each. It also needs to be made so that I can change it from time to time with ease.
