vB 3.8.x Script help
 
I'm in need of a script for a Scheduled task. I've added the Yet Another Awards System mod and I made an award specifically for new members when they register.....so, I'm wondering how I can automatically have it awarded to someone every time they register...it'd be a lot easier rather than manually doing it every time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Questions regarding modifications need to be asked in the modification thread as that is where support is given.

How's that going to work when the creator of this mod hasn't been on in coming up on three months. Besides why would I need support there when vbulletin Coding is what this place is about here...

It would probably make more sense to tie this into a plugin, maybe the one that goes after activation?

You need to go throw the mod, see how the award is given internally and duplicate that in the plugin. Likely inserting something into the DB

Even if the creator is not online, in the modification thread you will find other users of the same modification and they will know much more then someone who has never used that modification before.
