Probelm with user profile fields!!!

Alright this is probably simple, but i am just screwing something up. I would like a custom profile field for your profile. I have made other ones in the past, like "Favorite Game".

So i go to user profile fields>make new field. I choose single line text. I label it, and leave everything else the default values. When i go to my user profile, i just see the text box and no label on it. This problem i have is on all of my templates. I am so confused why its not working. Could it be that a mod is interrupting it/casuing an error.

So simply i am missing the text in my custom profile field title and description on my user control panel.

Any help would be great.

I've seen this problem before and it was caused by a modification. Try disabling your modifications completely and see if that fixes the problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
