Header image link

Hi guys I just made this site with vbulletin http://www.geepow.org. For some reason I cannot seem to put a link in the header image without a outlining box from appearing in IE and Firefox. Does anyone know how to avoid this? And also are there any other recomendations to make the site better? Thank you
