Side effects of exporting part of SQL database.
 
Q1: What database table stores thread titles/content/user etc?
Q2: Can this corrupt my database if I export just threads?
Q3: I imported 1 user into the database earlier with no trouble, is there anything stored in the 'user' table that can affect my forum if I export and import?

Always backup the entire database. You an always selectively import things with ImpEx with needed.

PS. There is more than one table that stores thread info, etc.

Just to emphasize: You should not try to import/restore partial data. It will for sure break things.
