Language Encoding
 
Hey,
I'm an arabic forum user , using windows-1256 encoding
i don't know why i choosed this encoding because it has been from 3 years
but now want to change encoding to utf-8,
when i change the encoding in my language manager ,the results was unknown symbols
so any mode, plugin, idea, changes can solve my proplem !!!:)

In the language manager you only set the HTML display characterset. What you want to do is to change the database.
