What Mod Resizes Linked Images into large thumbnails

Hello,

Fristly, I am using vbulletin 3.8.3

What mod. would I use to automatically resize any linked image into a large clickable thumbnail.

One example where I have seen this done is linked below. You can still enjoy the pictures as the thumbnails are huge but if you want you can click the thumbnail and see them in their native resolution.

I have just been confused searching through this site being a novice. There seem to be so many photo related mods so I figured I should just post up an example of what it is I want.

Any other adivce or recommendations woudl be most appreciated.
