Is it possible to have a SET (It's not their choice of the image) image on the top right corner of the post for all staff members?

You can either make a condition in your postbit (or postbit_legacy) template (<if condition="is_member_of($post, 5,6,7)">image</if>)and add in an image based on their usergroup, or just create a rank based on the usergroup to show the image (although you may have to move where the ranks are shown if you go this route).
