Inferno shoutbox is probably causing the error. You have removed the files but the mod is still installed.

Either directly go to admincp and uninstall this mod OR upload the missing files OR disable your plugins via config.php

now view your forums does the error still happen? If not one of the modifications you have installed are causing the problem,
