how would you go about getting your license Customer number & Password??

its for a buddy to do fresh install.

You will find it in the Members Area of vBulletin.com - It's the same info used to login I believe. ;)

wierd it isn't working... and im putting same info as i did to log in here.

Click on reset password, that area does not use the forum password and login info.

I thought you said it was for a buddy? Are you trying to log in using your information for him?

On vbulletin.com (not .org) click on the "members" link in the navbar. If you hit cancel on the username/pass prompt, it will give you options for getting a lost customer number and/or pass. Though I've never had to use this, I'd imagine that your friend will have to do this or you'd have to have access to the email that was used.

You get your Customer number & passsword in the email after you have ordered vBulletin. Sharing of this login or your customer account is not allowed by the License Agreement.
