How to make a forum's post nto show up in latest post?
 
How do I make it so that a specific forum post does not show up in the new post and make it so that it doesn't count towards the forum's total post?

You want to make it so one particular thread/post doesn't show up as the Latest Post nor get counted in the forum's post count? You can't do that in default vbulletin. You would have to write some plugins to do that (I would guess you could, anyway, but I've never thought it through).
