Outbound member link tracking mod for 3.8?

Does anyone know of a mod available which modifies member posted links, within posts and within signatures, which enables easy tracking of outbound clicks?

What I'm looking for is to be able to view a list of outbound links and if I find any that are spam or inappropriate I would click in the admincp for that link to see where it exists on the forums so that I can take appropriate action.

I appreciate any help in locating such a mod.
