Signature Tool Tip

Is it at all possible for me to hover over an image in my signature and have the text of what it is display (tool tip?).

I award medals on my website and it would be handy for members ot hover over the image and know what it was awarded for.

Any help greatly appreciated.

You will need to add it to the HTML in the template.
