The first post as a "header post" (as in the add-ons forum)

I would like to create a forum-specific style that displays the first post as a header-post, the same way it is done in the style and add-ons forums here on vbulletin.org. Is there such a style or add-on here or do I have to create one myself? i've tried to search for it, but I've found nothing yet.

There is Chief First Post. Take a look at that and see if it's what you want.
