Error sending url AVATARS 3.8.3
 
Hi guys,

I am new to Vbulletin and migrate from phpbb3 with some issues like attachments but just this and it?s solved now, but now I have a new issue related by an user that He can?t send his AVATAR throught URL, I tried too and have the following error:

Warning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/helinutc:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in [path]/includes/class_upload.php on line 276

I think Vbulletin is trying to access an area outside of the allowed from the host, any ideas ???:confused:

Not Vhosted, do You gave any idea o what means this error ??

Yes, click link #4 in my sig, that or turn off open_basedir in the master php.ini file.
