Transfeering pics from joovili to vbulletin help plzzz
Hi,
I currently run a busy social network using the joovili script. I would like to migrate and use vbulletin/vbadvanced instead and I cant see a problem in transferring the user and forum data over but I cant work out how I would transfer all my members (7000) pictures over to there new vbulletin accounts. Any ideas ? I will buy a licence now If I can find out how to do this. Thanks, Scott. |
You can best ask this at the Pre-Sales forum or the ImpEx (our import script) forum at vBulletin.com.

Hi,
Thanks, I did that and they sent me here lol. Scott |
In that case there is no importer ready, and i never noticed a custom importer for that system.
Using the standard ImpEx as basis, you could write your own importer. |
Ok thnx, i think i could manage tranferring the user and forum data I just dont understand how the pictures are stored on vbulletin, am I right in thinking they are somehow stored in the database itself ?

That depends, but technical details are not discussed in Pre-Sales.
