I need help.. in FORUMHOME

Is there a way... like when users will login my main page... that is index.php... it will automatically open another window and takes me to another page in my forum..
My domain name is www.banglaforum.com... so am asking something like this... whenever any user logs in my site... another window or tab will open automatically and take the user to another page www.banglacafe.com/banglacafe.php.

Thanks... a lil help will be appreciated!
