Moderate shouting behavior
 

We want to be able to control which bb codes a user group can use. The controls in the signature area would be fine if they could be applied to the entire post, but we would also like to include a separate successive caps limit.

In particular we want to prevent a class of moderated user from using size, bold, color, etc. We would also like to limit the capital letters for the usergroup, to less than the value for the full population.

I have searched and cannot seem to find a mod to do this.
