RSS import from UTF-8 feed in spanish returns WRONG chars- Please help
 

Hi,

Mos of the RSS feeds in Spanish are UTF-8 charset. This is a problem When I try tu use that feed to imports using RSS IMPORTER from vbulletin.

I get content like this:

I tried to change the language of my forum to the default english, but no luck, also I use Spanish from official lang pack, it is the same.

Please, how to fix this problem.

Here is an example feed in spanish that give me this problem. almost all feeds give me the same problem.
