Icons at top of forum

I want to place all 32 NFL Team Icons across the top of my forum somewhere below the header exactly like http://www.nbadimensions.net/forums/. How might I do this bc I'm not very smart with VBulletin and what not. Most of the time have someone do it for me, but any help on this matter will be appreciated!
