At a first glance, based on the size of your icons and what not I think you should reconstruct your forumbit a tad to clean and spruce it up. Also, I can see how you used SocialForums for the motive of your website, but had you not told me i wouldn't have known. Maybe some kind of banner ad for the process would be beneficial. Something like:

Step 2) Get the rest of your clan to join
Step 3) Create a forum you can call home
