Username Regular Expression

I only want to disallow alt codes because people can impostor people easily by replacing the last letter of someone's username by adding the alt code for that letter instead.

All alt codes (ex: alt + 0181 (?)) must go... basically only allowing anything on the english keyboard.

Any ideas?
