Reputation shuts off

The rep system on my site, keeps closing before members can finish writing out there comment... How can I fix this?

Its only happening in IE not FF.

Here, what you can do is try to see what it does in a different skin. If the skin isnt the problem then clear cookies and cache from IE browser, and try it again.
