how do i Add image to Usergroup

hey i want to now i i can add a image to my usergroup so it shows it like this

You mean a rank image?

AdminCP > User Ranks

i think. i want it so it so on the usergroup it has the crown then when i make someone that rank it shows the crown on there name.

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Edit Usergroup

For the first "markup" field in the usergroup...

I dont know if my problem is similar or not, I want all usergroups to show at bottom of forum home page and to be able to color code each usergroup...how do i do this?

Also, sometimes when replying to a thread, the quick reply box says "Please click on of the Quick Reply icons in the posts above to activate quick reply". Is there a way to enable the quick reply thing w/o hitting on of those buttons, like so when you want to reply you can just scroll down like you do on this site and just type w/o hitting extra buttons?
