language compatability
 

hello
recently i discovered a problem in my forum ( i think )

my forum is hebrew based
and now each mod i install and edit its options to hebrew
all i see is question marks ( ???? ) instead of hebrew
obviously if i leave the options in english everything is fine

i have to say this problem is recent , perhaps after i upgraded to 3.8.1
but i can't confirm it

above the medal where you see the ???? - it's supposed to be a hebrew word

however it also happens in the advanced rules mod etc ..

can anyone help me with that
