Hi all..
Please tell me what is this arror ..I resewed like this message by mail so many time in a day

That is a server issue and you should ask your host for help resolving this issue.

The message is very clear:

User lalani already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

Your host has limited the number of connections to MySQL and you are trying to use more. Contact your host to increase the maximum number of connections.

Yes, deffinatly a Server/Host issue.
