Capital letters
 

Is there a hack or mod that do not allow users to write white capital letters the whole post ?

Go to your Admincp > vBulletin Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Prevent 'SHOUTING'

I went there and it says 0 , what shall i write then ??

Read the description for it. It tells you what you need to do

i have this set to 3 (which i think was the default) the other day i tried, and i typed a whole sentence in CAPS..

Correct , i did that and it didnt work
When we ask help , even for some people are easy understnd for some its not.

Thats why iam asking again , what number shall we put there so users do nto use capital letters.

I put the 3 and its working. But everything now is with small letters. no the question is how to do it to start with the capital and the rest with small letters and to forbit the whole capital at all if someone wish to write only with capital letters.

I am having the same issue!

And did you do the solution in post 2?
