Personalized Forum Main Pages
I'm wondering if this is possible, I'd be willing to pay for such a hack, but I'm sort-of-sure that it has been done before (I seem to remember a forum where it was possible to do this):
We're currently setting up a forum that will eventually offer its interface in five to ten languages and should offer extensive networking abilities, one of the features that has been requested, though, is a personalized Frontpage - a FORUMHOME that displays only those Forums that I want to see, say categories 1, 2, 3 and IDs 9 and 12, too. Now, I'm not sure how complex such a modification would be, although I am fairly positive that it can be done with limited hassle. (One problem of course is that we are so close to the release of vBulletin 4 that complex modifications seem rather unfeasible) So, is there such a modification or could it be done without too much trouble prior to vBulletin 4? Regards, null. |
No one?

There is a modification out there that does this. Maybe search on "filter*" or "forum*" in "all mods" "titles only". I *think* it may be done by Psionic Vision, but I'm not sure.
