cloack problem
 
my clock in forum is dont work
i from israel and i do +2
but if i replay in 4 PM it say that i replay in 9 47 AM
why?

The clock is based of the server clock from what I understand

Check the timezone you have set in your User CP (Edit Options).

i do it it is on +2 i dont change and still i have the problem..

Check AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Date and Time Options
