Where are banned ips stored?

In the vbulletin options, there is a place to add IPs that are banned. Which table is this info stored in?

You can add them through the admin panel in vbulletin by going to

Admin Panel -> vBulletin Options -> User Banning Options -> Banned IP Addresses
