Massive spam in the visitor messages

I need a modification to control spamming of the visitor messages. We have more and more spammers, who post in the Visitor Messages of the user profiles their URL.

We need an approach fom 2 sides:

1. Beeing able to search for a specific or unspecific URLs in all user profile Visitor Messages and replace them with i.e. **** or competely delete the URL or the Visitor Messages itself with one click.

2. A search function for all Visitor Messages of one specific poster/user. Also here delete with one click all of those spam Visitor Messages.

Is there any workaround so far for #1 o #2 ?
