does something missing in page formation prevent flash working?
 
I have ad integration with openX and the banners always work unless they are flash. If the zone contains .swf files I only get the backup image...

If I use the same invocation code in a blank php page the flash displays normally...

What could be causing the flash not to integrate with the vB 3.8.3 header?
