Hiding usergroup from moderators

Hello

I have setup an additional usergroup that we intend to be hidden for access to a hidden forum (even hidden from moderators)

But moderators in the mod panel can view a users groups (Usergroup Options) so they can see there is a new usergroup that we intend to have hidden.

Is it possible to suppress certain usergroups from appearing in the moderators panel?

Or is there a better way to do this.
