can i use my archive?

To submit as a sitemap to google webmaster tools.

Also if not what is the vbseo sitemap link i should submit.

first u need to generate a xml sitemap and upload it in your server and submit it to google.

just try to google sitemap generator tool, you will come across a lot of them which generates sitemaps for you for free.
