File directory/uploding space for users
 
Maybe I'm using the wrong key words, but a search did not turn up any thing related to what I'm looking for.

I need to add a section to my forums/site where users can upload files (all types) so that other members can access them. I'd really like this to as simple as possible for the user and not necessarily user related... by that I mean I don't want people to have to go to each users file section to find some thing. I want a central file depository that can be broken down into sections and groups.

Is there any thing like that out there already?

Okay, some more searching turned up some thing good, DownloadsII.

There's also Links and Downloads Manager, which seems similar... Anyone know any differences?
