Vbulletin wont work over China ?
 

First I want to say vbulletin is great and i love it.

So far it's working great and the only issue I am having is a member in china could load or access the site:

here is my whole deal:

-I signed up with tmdhosting.com for my domain name
-I signed up with IPB for the forum, pointing DNS from tmd to IPB.
-Then i signed up with yahoo for hosting, tranfered my IPB forum to vbulletin.
-After the impex, a few isue but nothing major.
-I point my DNS from tmd to yahoo
-now a member in china can't access the site, it keep giving him the load taking too long error.

All other members have access/load the site no issue.

he tried different PCs, cleared out his cookies...etc but nothing work.

You help and input is greatly appreciate it.
